Our grape juice concentrate is made in a simple process where water is removed through heating of the grape juice, allowing the water to evaporate. The result is an extract which is rich in the grape’s finest minerals and compounds. Once water has been added back in, Jamago is no longer distinguishable from a fresh grape juice.
